Elexpert offers special pricing opportunities for small and large campuses while maintaining our industry leading pricing for any size school.  When compared with our competitors, our pricing is usually about half what they charge and we feel we offer a better total product. 

Option 1 (click for details): Purchase a license to run Elexpert Version 7 on your own servers for $10,000 plus industry standard annual maintenance fees.

Option 2 (click for details): Host your election on our servers. The pricing for this option includes $850 for setting up your election/ballot plus fifty cents times the number of voters that actually vote. With option 2, you only pay for votes actually cast.

Additionally, we are happy to negotiate maximum costs to be sure your election costs do not "go through the roof" if your turnout is unexpectedly high.

Option 1:  Purchase a license to run the Elexpert system on your own servers.

The purchased system option has become our most requested option .  You get an Elexpert CD and a license to run the same version of the Elexpert Online Voting System we use when we host elections on our servers.  This license allows you to run Elexpert on one server but you can install as many copies on that server as your equipment can support so this option makes it cost effective for any size school to hold many elections/surveys/opinion polls, etc throughout the year.  By installing multiple copies of the voting system and database on the same server, you can host multiple events simultaneously.

The cost to purchase a license to run the Elexpert Online Voting System on your own server is $10,000 as of 3/2006.

Option 2:  $850 setup fee plus 50 cents per vote cast

Option 2 cost formula:
$850 setup fee  +  (number of votes cast  x  .50)

Your total cost is simply $850 plus .50 per vote cast...no gimicks or other charges.  There are no contracts to sign.  Our system works well enough that many of our customers are now in the their seventh year with Elexpert and they have never been obligated to return because of a contract...they come back to us because they know we will get the job done right at a fair price!  This pricing option is attractive and afordable for schools of all sizes.

There is no way to accurately predict voter turnout. Option 2 pricing is based on the number of voters that actually cast a vote, never on the number of eligible voters.

All customers: we invoice you for your election AFTER your election closes, never before.  You never pay any up-front costs with an Elexpert election. 

We invoice you after your election closes to provide assurance that your election will run smoothly.  If your election fails for any reason (yours or ours), you simply do not pay for the election service.  If you use the results of your Elexpert online election to declare any winners in your election then we expect payment. 

The key to remember is: With Elexpert, if it does not work you do not pay.  Most online election providers will never make such an offer but it is how we always do business.

We do not charge for minor modifications such as placing your school's logo or using your colors.  We can have a technical expert visit your school to assist with the data gathering if necessary.  As of 7/1/2005, our standard charge for an on-site visit is $850 (in the continental U.S.).  On-site visits are invoiced the same day and that cost is non refundable.  Very few schools require on-site visits because Elexpert is easy and effective.
